Lettings Administrator – Cheshire

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

Salary £24-26,000 per annum
A well-established and forward-thinking estate agency in Cheshire is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their friendly and professional team. Known for their exceptional service and high-end property portfolio, this agency prides itself on offering a personal approach to landlords, tenants, and property owners.
This is a varied and fast-paced role with the potential to develop into Property Management, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who’s organised, proactive, and interested in a long-term career in the property sector.
Key Responsibilities

Handling enquiries from tenants and landlords via phone, email, and in person

Booking viewings and supporting the lettings process

Processing applications and carrying out referencing checks

Preparing tenancy agreements and move-in packs

Coordinating maintenance requests and inspections

Keeping lettings records and systems up to date
About You

Highly organised and detail-focused

Strong grammar and written communication skills

Confident, friendly, and professional

Experience in lettings/property is ideal but not essential — full training provided
